Pro adds to MarcoPlot Booking Venue and needs it installed. The free plugin already takes bookings and payments and runs the day; Pro does more of the work for you and earns more from the same spaces.

$79 a year for the first 100 subscriptions. That price stays at renewal for as long as the subscription runs without a break.

One licence is for one website. Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax; any tax that applies is worked out and shown before you pay.

Opens with the free plugin

Pro goes on sale when MarcoPlot Booking Venue is listed in the WordPress.org directory.

What Pro adds

Automatic refunds. When a guest cancels within your rules, the refund goes back to the card by itself. A refund that fails stays on the Refunds list and you get an email.
Peak pricing. Raise or lower prices by a percentage for chosen days and hours, for all spaces or one.
Coupon codes: a percentage or an amount off, with dates, a limit on uses, one use per customer, and chosen spaces and hours.
Business analysis: cancellation and no-show rates, how far ahead guests book, group size distribution, popular times and popular spaces.
Space utilisation: how full each space is, and a heatmap of day against hour.
Stop sales of a space for some dates, for repairs or a private event.
Manager and staff roles. Staff run the desk; managers also handle refunds, reports and coupons; long-term settings stay with administrators.
Review invitations. After a visit, one email asks the guest to review you on the page you choose.
Your own wording for guest emails, with a preview. Times, amounts and links are always added by the plugin.

The licence

After paying you get a licence key. Enter it under Venue Bookings → Pro licence in your WordPress admin. The site checks the licence once a day and gets Pro updates from marcoplot.com, installed from the Plugins page like any other update.

A licence is for one website address. A copy of the site at another address, such as a staging site, needs its own licence; for testing, use the free plugin.

If the subscription ends, Pro switches off after seven days. Nothing is deleted: your settings, coupons and bookings stay, and Pro comes back as it was when you renew.
